Considering roomates
Hey,
I live in a 2 bedroom nicer duplex right near freddies and have been thinking about getting a roommate. I'm looking for someone completely laid back who does not mind people being/staying over, drinking or the house being clean all the time.
For my faults up front, I'm notorious for letting things go a little bit and then cleaning in sprees so if you are a clean freak we probably would not get along as roommates. I am taking heavy course loads so I do study a lot but noise or people don't really bug me at all so I'm really laid back about that.
I don't necessarily need a roommate so getting along is a 100% must. I get really into sports (big blazers fan) and play video games. The living room is basically furnished, including a big screen, surround sound and wii/ps3/xbox360.
Your share of rent would be $400 plus half cable/internet/garbage/electricity. The place is a two story duplex which is on the nicer side and has a washer and dryer. Let me know if your interested. I will be staying here through spring of next year including this summer.
